Would like you to introduce you to AMSCA stake pool hosted in predominately Amsterdam, but also having relays in other geographical locations in case something happens to Amsterdam ;).
In terms of hardware there are 5 relay nodes across the Netherlands and Germany. Still in the planning to host some nodes in Asia and perhaps Africa would be quite cool ;).

Consider delegating some of your ADA and supporting the small sized (but reliable) stake pools.
