Hello Cardano community,

We are excited to share OneVote, a decentralized debate and voting platform built on Cardano and designed as a gift to the world. Our goal is to create an open system where individuals, communities, and organizations can structure discussions, explore sentiment, and hold transparent votes using blockchain technology.

We are now entering a public testing phase on the Preprod Testnet, and we kindly invite the Cardano community to participate and provide early feedback.

:test_tube: How You Can Participate

You can help by:

  • Voting on topics
  • Creating Topic NFTs
  • Exploring multi-level debate bubbles
  • Submitting bug reports
  • Stress-testing the platform’s features

Participants earn OVT governance tokens for contributing.
OVT is a non-financial governance utility token used later for community decision-making within OneVote.

Your early involvement is highly valuable, as the platform is still flexible and evolving.
Feedback can be submitted through the Bug Report button located at the bottom-right of the interface.

OneVote is built to help bridge new users into the Cardano ecosystem:

  • Start with email login
  • Upgrade to an Identity NFT
  • Create Topic NFTs
  • Vote off-chain and on-chain
  • Future support for Midnight (privacy)
  • Future support for Hydra (scalability)

Thank you. I can see uses in helping farmer cooperatives in African countries to more fairly get votes of women and men to make decisions.
