# Building Node 10.1.3 with Nix?

I am trying to build the latest cardano-node using nix, but nix builds version 10.1.2 instead of version 10.1.3. I am following the documentation from here:

I am cloning the node as follows:  
`git clone https://github.com/intersectmbo/cardano-node`  
but nix keeps building 10.1.2? I’m not sure why I’m not getting the latest version?

Edit: I noticed on the latest release page, there is a note that says “It is required that users upgrade to this version of the node.” I have never successfully upgraded a node before. I don’t see any documentation describing how to upgrade a node that was built using nix. This is not a block producing node, it’s a node for use with cardano-db-sync.
