By how can Cardano enter a corrupted country and convince the government to use your Cardano products/blockchain?

If you say the government is corrupt then its easy. Just pay them to accept Cardano.

Now, if your goal is in the end to have people use cardano because it’s the best crypto out there, you will need patience and invest yourself in project demonstrating how Cardano is better than existing solution.

Even if the governement is paid to reject Cardano, in essence crypto are made to work without the governement, so it’s the people that need to be convinced to use cardano. The governement can only be a helper in promoting the technology.
