Back in 2022 i transferred ADA to another wallet in Eternl but it disappeared. Is there anyway to trace it or recover it?

It didnt disappear. It seems like you sent it to another wallet which is delegated to the ECO stakepool.

And the last transaction from that destination wallet/account was the pool switch from FROG2 to ECO two years ago:

Since then, nobody has initiated any transactions from that account. So, the seed phrase for that one might be buried deep. Or it could be an additional account in one of your existing wallets. But you had full access to it at some point.
Search all seed phrases that you can find and do āAccount List ā Discover Accountsā in Eternl for all of them.

If the seed phrase has been misplaced are they recoverable or āgoneā forever?
If the wallet isnāt in a wallet app where you know the spending password anymore and you donāt have the seed phrase, then there is no way to get at the wallet.
