I tried to download and open several times but error messages kept popping up.
I really wanted to get my vote in but I don’t think it will happen, unfortunately…
Can’t say I didn’t try.

Are you on windows? You need to download the latest Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019 here and it will work
