Hi Cardano community,
On August 31st, I hosted the **Cardano Constitutional Workshop in Tamale, Ghana**. Over 50 participants attended, contributing to shaping the Cardano constitution to help the ecosystem become self-sustaining. The workshop spanned 8 hours, with participants reflecting on principles and tenets, voting rights, DReps, SPOs, the Constitutional Committee, and the separation of powers.

We addressed [five key questions](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1_aEfTRbAFJebCbg9DiLjBmSuwYfW-i-Rjk1cqXUKrXo/edit#heading=h.4mdrss2rywz2) during the workshop: Q3, Q11, Q14, Q17, and Q23. By the end, participants elected **Mohammed Mustapha Yakubu** as the voting delegate who is also Cardano Ambassador and **Seidu Ziblim** the host as the alternate representative to travel to the Cardano Constitutional Convention in Buenos Aires, Argentina, this December.
