A lot of coins have their Faucet where people can donate or get some small amount of the coin. 1 ADA is not much but if there is a place where ppl can get it for free, it’ll draw a lot of attention because it helps to start out since some newbies even have no idea what cryptos are; and once ppl have the coin, they are more inclined to get to know more about it and that help Cardano stand out in regular ppl’s eyes

There is an android app called ADA Reward that allows you to earn ada.
This is not an official faucet and might be a scam. Seems very dubious offering free ADA. Be careful.
