Saw that almost all posts were not in favour of the changes.

Doesn’t say much, though. People who feel that they have something to complain about are always much more incentivised to post.

From the proposed changes, it seems like CF wants to focus on supporting Cardano developers instead of stake pool operators.

That is not a change and has been the policy of CF’s delegations for years:
