Cardano PRIME | RFP Submission Deadline Extended** Cardano PRIME has extended its RFP submission deadline by two weeks, giving builders additional time to submit proposals across its current categories. Intersect | CIP Editor | Funded Positions** Intersect is recruiting two funded CIP Editors to support the review and development of Cardano Improvement Proposals. Governance Participation** ### **1. CAP-12 | Constitutional Amendment Consultation** CAP-12 is currently open for community consultation. The proposal addresses new protocol parameters introduced with the Dijkstra era that are not yet represented in the Constitution’s Appendix I. The amendment adds the new parameters, clarifies their controls and voting groups, and introduces guardrails for security-critical parameters.
