Anyway, the equation presented in this proposal is perfectly valid and does not exceed R. Also, I’m not even sure what you mean by exceed R for a single pool when R is the total available rewards for the entire network for the epoch. Set both relative stake and relative pledge to 1 and the total will equal R.
