# Connecting with daedalus network

I can not open my daedalus wallet, it stays connected to the network, it’s been more than 4 hours. This is normal ?

Hi @hernandes

Sorry to hear you’re having issues. As Rob mentioned, it is recommended to check the forum for existing, similar topics, like:

If your issue persists, then please raise a support ticket with the Daedalus support team and send in your logs.
