# Creation of NFT

I have some more questions related to royalties.  
Do we know if token creators will be eligible to future royalities?

Since NFTs can be transferred without royalties via regular transactions, I imagine that smart contracts or an NFT marketplace would have to be involved for creators to receive royalties. I’m curious to see how royalties can be implemented.

I’m also curious whether the smart contract would be implemented in a way that percent of transaction goes into the address that was used for minting. I don’t see how it can be done otherwise as a creator providing contract and allowing trading on their own platform.

One possibility would be to use arweave if the idea is to keep the content accessible for a long time.

In regards of organizing presales of NFT what current approach you have seen.  
If projects are collecting funds from all participants into one address or they generate address for each one of them?  
I know that potentially with generating each unique address would later create additional cost of sending funds from all these generated addresses but it gives more tracebility - at least in old way of doing systems.

Do you need an NFTs Platform to load the finished creation NFTs? How about NFTPlay? You could check this out.
