Daedalus (blue version) 12 word recovery SAFE for Shelley?

Hi, I had my ADA stored in the blue Daedalus wallet and never installed the green mainnet version.
Will my ADA be safe during the fork and is any action needed after the fork?

I have the 12 word recovery and presumably a secret file? (On my old iMac that cannot update to the 10.12 version).

The 12 word phrase is all you need, unless you took part in the Incentivised Test Net, in which case you also need the 15 word phrase for the rewards wallet.
