Can you guys try rebooting?

If it doesn’t work after that, it’s best to check the log files. A proper error message can be found there.

I don’t know the precise filename becaue I have Daedalus configured only on Linux, but there should be a file called called “node” in this directory:

- Windows: `C:\Users\“username”\AppData\Roaming\Daedalus\Logs`
- Mac: `~/Library/Application Support/Daedalus/Logs`

This is a text file, open it and go to the end, look for ERROR or WARNING messages. (If lines seem to be displayed without line breaks, then use e.g. Notepad++ to open the log file.)
