Deadalus update

Looking to (finally) update Daedalus to the latest version after being offline for some time and with current version not syncing. I have my recover phrase somewhere but can’t find it at present so I’m a little anxious about it.

If I download and install the update will I required my phrase or will it simply install over existing version of Daedalus and sync?

Install over existing version of Daedalus is fine as long as you dont delete Secrets-1.0 and Wallet-1.0* folders from Daedalus.
