Difference between grouped address and account address?

Hi guys, may I ask a question about grouped address and account address? I don’t know exactly the difference between them.

Document says that:

What is the difference between spending key and account key? What do “The stake is automatically” and “The account is its own stake” mean?

Please help to look at it, I appreciate your time.

I’ll take a crack at it. An account key allows the single account holder to own and spend (send) ADA to any other unattached account. A spending key for a group account is attached to only the accounts that are part of the group. Basically, only group account is use to register a stake pool. Pool rewards flows from the group account using the group spending key to reward the single accounts (stakers). A single account can not be use to create a stake pool…only group account can register a stake pool. Hope it helps.
