**Dear Cardano Community,**  
This is the Eastern Cardano Council.

We recently cast a **“Constitutional”** vote on the governance action **GA71 “Constitutional Committee Compensation Epochs 581-653”** (ID:gov\_action16f69yf2f35w9ds8sr05ewyr55jg5f439mu8882rv295fvf8m4kcqql7y6nc).

The Constitution Committee (CC) - Eastern Cardano Council (ECC) **assesses** the constitutionality of governance actions **based on the Cardano Constitution**.
