As far as i know cardano is building the foundation that many coins can be based on it . but i want to ask if there is a policy to prevent some categories for smart contracts coins like porn , gambling , weed and so on … or any type of coin will be allowed to be created based on your chain
That kind of restriction is counter to everything that most blockchains are striving for. Beyond that, it would be almost impossible to actually enforce that in practice - from a technical perspective. You would need laws to do that, and those depend on the country you happen to be in; and you would need contracts to be personally associated with individuals.
