Long shot question from a complete Cardano novice. I work for a Tokyo-based telecoms company and we in turn work with a Canadian NGO who shoot live videos for disabled or people with long-term illness who cannot travel overseas. We plan to offer a two-way video/chat service for disabled tourists who visit Japan (ZOOM based) and feel there is room for a blockchain implementation but no idea who to ask for advice-!
