I’ve read all the bits about delegating but am still confused about the saturation levels. If a pool is anything up from 70% saturated is it better to delegate to a pool which has a lower saturation rate? Also do any of the pools donate to charities ?

U can always choose to support a small pool
There are a lot with good projects ongoing; on long term u will receive the same rewards ~5%
