How can I ensure not to miss out on being part of the next batch of the Plutus Pioneer program?

I tried to register here:

but I didn’t get the short application form to stay in touch. That’s why I worry to miss out.
What can I do?

BTW: When I registered with another email address than the one I used when I was not approved for the first cohort it worked out.
