Have set up a stake pool node, but have not registered the pool with Cardano… how do I delegate to my private pool via Yoroi? or do I need to register the pool first?

to delegate to private pools (aka without meta data) you need jcli. (Yoroi and Daedalus will show pools only when meta data is available)
