Lately there are posts in other languages started to happen, but not in separate categories. That’s because there are no specific categories for these languages yet.
But each post in other language is marked with a specific tag, like deutsch or нарусском. You can filter, monitor, or mute this tags like categories.
Here’s an instruction:

Click on the tag under the post

Observe that all posts under this tag are definitely not interesting to you and click on the menu in the top-right corner

Select "Muted"

Menu will now show a cross icon, meaning that tag is muted

You can see all muted tags in your profile settings in the
Tagspart. And you can unmute them there.
You can do the same thing with any tag or any category also. But muted categories will be found in the Categories part of your settings.
