I have tried to install Jorvote in both Ubuntu and Windows and the program does not work. It’s not possible to vote if the voting tool is broken. Perhaps this is why less than 30% have voted. Test the Jorvote and confirm The error message on Windows is “The code execution cannot proceed because VCRuntime140_1.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem”. No, reinstalling does not fix it. Debugging the app will fix it.

i think you had to install Visual c++ to make it work but the time is over anyway.
