Just created a new yoroi account and sent Ada to a used address or same address twice what can I do

How do I link my yoroi account to my ledger

Open Yoroi → add wallet (sheley wallet) → connect ledger (near wallet name u should see ledger)
Send only 2 ADA to ledger then try to restore it… delete the ledger wallet from yoroi and try to pair again… you can try also on adalite.io … if u see the 2 ADA after the restore then u can move all funds to ledger
