1.$5000 was sent from Kucoin going to my bank twice.
Only one of the two transfers made it. I’m short $5000
- I withdrawn 4999 ADA and transfer them to buy an ass. Binance says they never got them.Binance doesn’t seem to be able to look into either issue with any resolution.
I realized Binance has an office in San Francisco (Binance.US).
I’ve submitted all the details to Binance.
What do I do? Find something in court against Binance located in the United States?
