Really sorry, I don’t manage this list, I had wondered myself why some pools are added and some are not but it looks like that people that are able to, are just editing the post, which is pretty unfair and I’m in doubt if this thread still adds value.
It is very outdated, many links are broken. https://cardanowiki.info/wiki/List_of_staking_pools has a much fairer and more up-to-date list.
