Might want to describe your project and requirements in more detail. There is not enough information for any developer to determine their level of interest or qualification. For example do you have a white paper, website, job listing, etc?
Hi, Yeah I do have a white paper for which I don’t want to reveal it in public. Would like to identify the developer and sign an NDA and then take it forward. Any developer who is interested to build a product for me will be paid and rewarded well.
