Looking for Cardano Devs, founders and associate for a new Decentralized Association!

Hello,
I am looking for passionate Cardano Devs in order to help me integrate Cardano into my associative projet.
This associative project is about creating eco-places, but looking deeper i think a enormous part of it would be the democratic side, with a very developped forums, and “Poles” (Culture, Health, Agriculture in Food, Science, etc…) system, with each personn having specialities (Kinda levels) depending on their conpetences that would allow each poles to go work on specifics projects, and secure foundings. I was also thinking of putting together a “Tcheck” system which would allow people to verify people credentials (Is he really competent) With much more!
I guess you can see why i fell in Love with Cardano ahah.
It’s been a few years since i started this project, i had VERY good returns from people, i had few roadblocks trying to get a first version on the website, Which i bypassed lately using lovable as a first POC, with an impressive result.
In the end i want to go way further, even maybe acquiring lands to develop in advance for the association? I already had very good returns from the people this project was shared with.

I am slowly putting back a team with at the moment
-A high level web and graph designer from Paris
-Potentialy a team of devs in the Industry working with ERP
-Various teams around the world that i secured in my various projects.

I am looking for developpers that would Allow me to Implement Cardano as a pillar, a core element that would allow the Association to run. I am also looking for more founding. Any help welcome.

Thank you for sharing the information and for presenting an idea that clearly addresses a real need within the Cardano developer ecosystem. However, after exploring the link to your app, I’m still unable to gain a full understanding of how Cardano fits into or could contribute to the solution.

Personally, I would be very interested in learning more and seeing how my existing knowledge could already be useful to you.
