yes I tried that already two times, I am on the latest wallet. the address is the same, but it is shown as unused in the wallet. sooo, what to do with no reply from support? ---

I deleted the db folder two times since this issue occurred in January, I am on the latest wallet that released today (or yesterday?) in the wallet there is an option to “hide used” addresses, pressing it will not hide this address. ---

yeah I can try that. what do you think about the first transaction, the fact that my amount is not in the total output sum? ---

I mean in the explorer, it only shows the other transaction in the sum. ah, I see what you mean ---

but in the second transaction from April, the amount from my address is in the total output sum, and also not in the wallet 🤔 ---

A cannot see any issues w/ these transactions The inputs (from addresses) the 514K and the 26m ones seem to me exchange addresses and those two transactions you pointed out are legit. I assume your address is the following, which has two valid transactions, probably from some exchanges: [https://cardanoexplorer.com/address/DdzFFzCqrht5jVebieUfd4oJLwkmG8n7pGTAqHYsYCwWZ6qNkykZ4eCJTM54hkSzhjTMfzZ8naWHqdRLMHMTkt9xWP9TJqUWy6gWadzJ](https://cardanoexplorer.com/address/DdzFFzCqrht5jVebieUfd4oJLwkmG8n7pGTAqHYsYCwWZ6qNkykZ4eCJTM54hkSzhjTMfzZ8naWHqdRLMHMTkt9xWP9TJqUWy6gWadzJ) These, probably, “exchange” transactions are legit: 1. use all the balance from the input (source address, the old utxo) 2. put every outgoing small transactions + one privileged one (the utxo, new address for the same wallet) into the outputs. 3. do the one big transaction. Therefore, the from address (input) will have 0 balance, as a new address is generated for the utxo. Are you playing /w us or what’s the issue? ---

Yes this is the address in my receive tab, and under “Generated addresses” it is not shown as used, not greyed out. ---

sorry I don’t get what you mean but please let me explain once more in more detail. I have made two transactions from binance to Daedalus to the same address generated by Daedalus. The address in Daedalus is: DdzFFzCqrht5jVebieUfd4oJLwkmG8n7pGTAqHYsYCwWZ6qNkykZ4eCJTM54hkSzhjTMfzZ8naWHqdRLMHMTkt9xWP9TJqUWy6gWadzJ The first transaction, sending ADA on January 18: … nothing arrives in the wallet, I contact support on the same day and get one reply saying that they will either contact me or update the FAQ. that was all I ever got from support. I have send screenshots, logs, txid, all info I have. The second transaction, I thought to give it one more try after getting no reply from IOHK for 2 month and I send ADA to the same address on April 2nd. Thought maybe it will flush the first transaction thru 🙂 … again nothing arrives in the wallet. now I have updated the wallet everytime there was an update, deleted the db folder, let it sync again from 0, nothing changed. … ---
