# Missing one seed word

So I know 11 of my 12 seed words, I know the two wallet addresses where my ADA is stored but I don’t know what the last word is. I only wrote down 11 words for some reason and I don’t know which word in the sequence is off, as in, am I missing the 1st word, 4th word ect. My old computer crashed so I don’t have any access to old files. I assume I am just outta luck?

Im not really sure if there is any hope left to get access to your wallets again, but if theres a chance left, the [IOHK Support](https://iohk.zendesk.com/hc/en-us) will help you out.
