Is it possible to move ADA coins from my wallet to a friends wallet? Also, if so are there fees?? Thank you for your help.

Yes, just get his wallet address and send a transaction to him. Check the address carefully.

Of course there are fees. ~0.17 ADA for each transaction right now.
