Hi all!

Sorry if my question is stupid, I’m a complete newbie to blockchain ^^.
I try to understand how to create a native asset on cardano. The documentation state the following:

First, generate the keys that you require witnesses from using the cardano-cli address key-gen command.

Are the keys Payment keys, as explained here, or can they be Stake keys?

Yes, the creation of transaction - and thus, keys involved - is almost the same - with the only exception being you can specify more output assets
