I lost my Lace recovery key phases but I still have my Nami wallet phases and password. Is it too late to recovery my wallet from Nami? If not how can I make it happen?

What exactly do you mean with that? If you still have access to your Nami wallet and you know the spending password, you can move the funds to a new wallet.
