How would Smart Contracts working with accounts work in this System it seems that the receiver are only defined by the transactions. But in an Account based Smart Contract System the code associated with an account should have to say something about this?
I see how it would work with spending scripts, which is often used for UTXO based chains, but the big benefit of Accounts is that they can do more (or at least in a less complex form) then with UTXO. This seems to get lost in our Universal representation.
