Port for relays in registration certificate when nginx

If I run relays behind nginx then in certificate I should provide nginx port?

--single-host-pool-relay node1.example.win \
    --pool-relay-port 80 \
    --single-host-pool-relay node2.example.win \
    --pool-relay-port 80 \
