I have an issue with Yoroi when I try to collect my latest staking reward. When I click Withdraw I am prompted to participate on governance and choose among Delegate to a Drep, Abstain or No confidence. When I click Abstain and then Confirm, I get this message:
So the first thing is, you dont have to claim your rewards every epoch. The rewards are also delegated and earn rewards.
Second : i would recommand to change your wallet application. Yoroi seems to have issues with this governance stuff over and over again. Im using Typhon myself and i can really recommand it but there are other good options like Eternl or even Lace. You can simply restore your keys with your seedphrase (if you have a hardware wallet you can simply add a new wallet and connect it with your Ledger).

Another question: Do I have to unstake my Cardano holding from my current pool before migrating to Typhoon?

Ye Typhon is Cardano only wallet
no. You dont have to do anything since all the information is stored on the blockchain and not local.
