In the bitcoin world when you restore a paper wallet in a wallet, you always have to transfer the entire saved amount to another address, because the original is no longer secure.

Is it the same with cardano when a paper wallet is restored in daedalus wallet?

Thanks

When a Cardano paper wallet is restored you automatically get a new normal wallet, that’s what restoration means. It’s not because the original is insecure, it’s just that, if restored, it’s no longer a paper wallet but a normal one. I’d have thought bitcoin would be the same.
