Hi all, I am setting up a hostname for my relay node per the documentations recommendation, and I am using a method which allows me to update the IP automatically if I need to rebuild the node for some reason. However I also want to do the same for my BPN but I am worried that might not be the best practice to expose that IP as a block producing node to anyone who may stumble upon that hostname. Firewall is set up such that it would not matter because it can only communicate with the relay node but still. Am i being paranoid?

So you have a domain name for your block producer IP address? and since that domain name is registered somewhere - you afraid that someone will find it and start attacking your node? I think if you select a name which does not related to cardano then your are fine.
