if you are using –genesis-block-hash you need to use the genesis block from: https://hydra.iohk.io/build/1523436/download/1/index.html for example:
–genesis-block-hash 8e4d2a343f3dcf9330ad9035b3e8d168e6728904262f2c434a4f8f934ec7b676
If you want to include it from a file then you need to use –genesis-block together with the path that points to a file with the genesis block hash as content.
