How will stake-voting work and how to know what you can vote on? Will there be some index like Dash has where you can eventually see how you can vote and/or do peer-reviews. As I also understand the divisor “total assets / your assets” as staking/voting will count your influence/weight to it?
I think voting is way down the road yet. There is a paper on voting protocols, and the general concept is “proposal is offered”, “proposal discussed” and “vote taken” and all the details are linked on the chain.
