There are several ways to get involved in the Cardano ecosystem this week, whether you are building, reviewing, contributing to funding decisions, or looking to give more visibility to an existing project.
1. Project Catalyst Pilot
The new Catalyst Pilot is now open, and it creates several ways for the community to participate beyond simply submitting a proposal.

1.1 Build and apply for funding
The Pilot has 2.5M ADA available to support around 10 to 15 product teams, with grants ranging from 50,000 to 200,000 ADA.
Projects are expected to work with areas such as oracles, stablecoins, programmable tokens, or on-chain identity, with a stronger focus on delivering a working product and demonstrating real usage.

1.2 Contribute through Community Curation
The Curation stage is already underway.
This is an invite-only role for experienced community members who review incoming proposals against the published requirements and raise evidence-based compliance flags where necessary.
Because curation happens while submissions are still open, teams that submit early may have time to address identified issues before the deadline.
If you are an experienced Catalyst reviewer and may have received an invitation, this is a good reminder to check your invitation and review the guidance.

1.3 Apply to join the Decision Panel
Catalyst is also accepting applications for the Decision Panel.
Panelists review eligible proposals and contribute to deciding which projects should receive funding, with both technical and business expertise represented.
Applications close on August 17.
One important rule is that participants cannot submit a proposal and serve on the Decision Panel in the same Pilot.

2. Bring your project to TOKEN2049 Singapore
The Cardano Foundation is also inviting ecosystem projects to apply for a chance to be showcased at the dedicated Cardano booth during TOKEN2049 Singapore, taking place on October 7 and 8.
A total of 20 Cardano projects will be selected, giving builders an opportunity to present their work to a broader international audience.
Applications close on August 25.
