I am trying to transfer out of the Yoroi wallet using ledger s and it is not working. I am not an experienced trader and have a old wallet so is there any videos available on how to proceed please?

Perhaps some security issues between ledger and windows 10…
You have the posibility to connect ur ledger also on adalite.io (connect via webusb)
