1. What is the GMC?
The Growth and Marketing Committee (GMC) is a strategically essential elected body within Intersect , the organization supporting Cardano’s decentralized governance.
Unlike informal working groups, the GMC is an elected committee that:
- Defines and coordinates marketing strategies across the entire Cardano ecosystem
- Manages dedicated budgets (over $2.5M proposed for 2025 )
- Builds strategic partnerships to amplify Cardano’s vision
- Ensures real decentralization of marketing , including underrepresented regions such as Asia, Africa, Japan, and Eastern Europe
Without an effective GMC , Cardano risks losing visibility, developer attention, and adoption to better-orchestrated ecosystems like Solana or Ethereum.
2. Why is the GMC CRITICAL Right Now?
A recent GMC-conducted survey of the Cardano community revealed striking results:
- 64% of respondents rate Cardano’s current marketing as average or poor
- The #1 marketing priority is attracting developers and project founders
- DeFi is identified as the top growth sector
- The community demands a unified message and better developer support
The GMC is not a luxury it is a strategic necessity to prevent Cardano from becoming the “best blockchain nobody uses.”

I am running for the GMC because I believe that decentralized, inclusive marketing is the key to unlocking Cardano’s full potential.
My Experience in the Cardano Ecosystem
- Several years of active engagement in the Cardano ecosystem
- Co-organizer and participant in key events including:
- Intersect Meetups
- CIP 1694 (governance workshops)
- Cardano Summit
- Cardano Tech Summit 2025
- Active MCC member : I am an elected member of the Membership Committee (86 votes in the October 2025 elections) meaning I already understand Intersect’s operations, processes, and expectations.
This dual hands-on + governance experience makes me immediately operational within the GMC.
