CIP Editors Meeting #71 - my notes (see [agenda](https://hackmd.io/@cip-editors/71)): **Triage** - [CIP-0030 | Stipulate namespaced extension endpoints](https://github.com/cardano-foundation/CIPs/pull/577) - Author (me ) present to discuss. - Suggestion was made to encourage authors to use namespacing, but not enforce it. This is to allow clashing naming for patches/fixes. (see [KtorZ comment](https://github.com/cardano-foundation/CIPs/pull/577#issuecomment-1679221400)). - [CIP-0050 | Translations: fix Spanish metadata, remove Chinese](https://github.com/cardano-foundation/CIPs/pull/582) - Discussion around, what to put in `Revision` header field when no commit hash available. - Settled on allowing last known translation date. - Robert to update CIP-01 to allow for this in translated CIPs. **Review** - [CIP-1694 | Semantic changes after the Edinburgh workshop](https://github.com/cardano-foundation/CIPs/pull/576) - Discussion around this just being “semantic changes”, suggestion to author to split the semantic and other changes into a separate PR - to give space to debate the larger changes. **Last Check** - [CIP-0068 | Improve image types and URI descriptions](https://github.com/cardano-foundation/CIPs/pull/562) - Agreement that this should not cause a new version for CIP-68. - Merged in meeting.
