What happened in CIPs last week?

**Triage**

- [CIP-0086 | Remove metadata update transaction restrictions](https://github.com/cardano-foundation/CIPs/pull/521) **(CIP update)**
  - Comments from authors and implementers has reached an approving conclusion.
  - Can move to `Last Check` for next meeting.

- [CIP-??? | Integration of keccak256 into Plutus](https://github.com/cardano-foundation/CIPs/pull/524)
  - Sensible motivation.
  - Needs to be changed to latest CIP template and more detail added - follow lead of CIP-49.
  - [@Inigo](https://input-output-rnd.slack.com/team/U01R6PUSSLT) present to discuss what is needed (thanks) and agreed to coordinate further with author.

**Review**

- [CIP-0095? | Cardano dApp-Wallet Web Bridge Governance Extension](https://github.com/cardano-foundation/CIPs/pull/509)
  - Author (Me ) present to discuss.
  - I discussed changes made as a result of recent comments.
  - This proposal is still a WIP and author will continue to seek further reviews.

- [CIP-0067 | add ADA Handles Virtual SubHandle](https://github.com/cardano-foundation/CIPs/pull/504) **(CIP update)**
  - CIP-67 author present to discuss.
  - Discussions with author will continue, they will coordinate.

- [CIP-0030 | Add chain id to differentiate between testnets](https://github.com/cardano-foundation/CIPs/pull/323) **(CIP update)**
- [CIP-0030 | Adding optional networkId parameter to .enable](https://github.com/cardano-foundation/CIPs/pull/209) **(CIP update)**
- [CIP-0030 | deprecate signTx & add chain signing](https://github.com/cardano-foundation/CIPs/pull/206) **(CIP update)**
  - These proposals were all discussed together.
  - Since these are older proposals, editors to confirm the author’s interest in pursuing further.
  - Suggestion to package these proposals together as a CIP-30 extension, to avoid issues around versioning of CIP-30.

- [CIP-0093? | Authenticated Web3 HTTP requests](https://github.com/cardano-foundation/CIPs/pull/442)
  - Author present to discuss.
  - Discussion around CF implementing this and thus this proposals `Path to Active`.
  - Move to `Last Check` for next meeting.

  - Author present to discuss.
  - Comments on github seem well addressed.
  - Suggestions made around versioning.
