I’m Martin Musagara, a DRep, SPO (GOMA), and community builder from Goma, DRC. I co-lead Goma Hub, driving blockchain education and youth empowerment through Cardano. Since 2021, I’ve organized onboarding programs and Catalyst Bootcamps, helping hundreds explore decentralized governance and inclusion. My mission is to ensure Cardano reflects the voices of underserved regions like Eastern Congo.
