I am a Cardano ambassador with the role as a Meetup Organizer. I learned of Cardano in October 2017. Since then, I have made an earnest effort in learning, investing, and contributing to the ecosystem to the best of my abilities. I have participated in Testnets, voting, writing articles, attended summits, evangelize Cardano to outsiders, etc. I love the Cardano ecosystem, its approach to software development, its technologies, its vision for fairness, and its people-centric philosophies.
I graduated from the School of Computer Science at Florida International University in Miami. I am a full-stack ERP software developer by profession with over 14 years of experience. I live and work in sunny South Florida.
I am originally from Liberia, West Africa. My dad is Sudanese, and my mother is a Liberian. While fleeing the brutal Liberian civil war in 1995, I resettled as a war refugee to the United States. The United States has blessed me with many opportunities to advance both myself and the African continent. As a result, I live a life of gratitude, hoping that I can reciprocate the same hope and opportunities extended to me.
On the lighter side, I play and love soccer. Atlantic pier fishing is not just a hobby for me, but it’s also therapeutic. My other hobbies include table tennis, scrabble, and chess.
I believe that Cardano has the potential to change the world for good. Because of this belief, I am grateful that the Cardano community has allowed me to contribute in a meaningful way.
