I am Jose Iadicicco, a pioneer and Cardano Ambassador with a journey that began in 2017. My focus is on using blockchain technology to build a more equitable and transparent future. As a “generalist,” I specialize in connecting technology with real-world applications, with a deep passion for education and social impact. I am also an SPO and the creator of the first physical Cardano stake pool in Latin America: [ONE1]

My key contributions include:

Community Leadership: I have co-organized the annual Cardano Summit in Buenos Aires since 2021 and was the official host of the 2024 Summit. I also co-lead the Cardano Blockchain Meetup in Buenos Aires, which has grown to over 1000 members. I am also an organizer of the Cardano Tech Week.

Education and Partnerships: I created ALBA (ADA Labs for Blockchain Applications) and have forged a strategic partnership with the National Technological University (UTN) to integrate Cardano blockchain education into their programs. I was also a co-organizer of the first Cardano Hackathon in Latin America.

Technical Innovation: As the operator of the ADA ONE Pool, I created the first physical stake pool in Latin America and contributed to network security by discovering and reporting a bug in Cardano’s Networking Layer (https://github.com/IntersectMBO/cardano-node/issues/4707).

My mission is to continue building bridges between Cardano’s academic vision and its practical application, cultivating a community of developers and leaders who will use this technology to create positive, lasting change.
